10/12/07 - UPDATE ON POLICE CORRUPTION IN ESSEX

I’d like to thank the new people who have come forward to help me and have given me new information about corruption at the highest level in Essex Police. These new sources have confirmed much of what I already suspected but could not prove, and in addition have given me valuable new information about links to the web of corrupt Essex Police Officers and the criminal fraternity, including the Bromley family. I now have details of many of those involved in corrupt and depraved practices in south Essex, particularly covering an area of south Essex between the M25 and Southend.

Before we go on to name these people, it should be pointed out that the person suspected of prime involvement in the death of my son - as named by us previously - David Bromley, was allowed to be extradited to Germany (apparently at Saarbrucken) on an alleged armed robbery charge on 17 September 2007 without the Coroner being informed. It was ultimately Essex Police’s responsibility to have informed the Cor0enr. It appears she was duped, as she was only informed in a telephone call late on Monday afternoon, 1 October, barely 2 days before the Inquest was due to open.

Is it a coincidence that the Borough Commander covering the area where David Bromley lived - and who must have been aware of this extradition (as it had be going on since 6 March 2007) was none other than Chief Superintendent Simon Coxall, the very person who spent 3 years covering up the truth about Lee’s death, including many lies, throughout this sorry mess.

I name the following as corrupt officers at the very top of Essex Police:

CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT WILSON KENNEDY

Now Head of Essex Crime Division. This officer was involved in previous investigations linked to the same drugs network. These investigations were contaminated and went nowhere. I wonder why?

I will give just one example - look at Wilson Kennedy’s role in the investigation of the death of John Marshall, found shot in the back of his Range Rover in south London. For starters, can Wilson Kennedy help us with this question - why was Essex Police involved in investigating a death in Sidcup, in south-east London?

FORMER DETECTIVE SUPERINTENDENT STEVE REYNOLDS, now at the I.P.C.C.

He ran the incompetent investigation into the Tretton shooting, when no-one was charged and prosecuted. It needed a second investigation (run by D.I. Liam Osborne) to finally get at the truth in that case.

KEVIN MACEY

A key figure in the organisation, he corruptly and incompetently ‘investigated’ the death of Stuart Lubbock, the Senor Investigation Officer first on the scene at Barrymore’s home. His actions are now being investigated by a top-level I.P.C.C, team run by former murder investigator in Hertfordshire Police, Adrian Tapp.

Thus is also the same officer who investigated the killing of Bradley Kendall in another totally contaminated investigation which prompted a complaint from Terry Kendall Bradley’s father and also a police review of the case, these were investigated by acting Superintendent Peter Hood (The Complaint) Superintendent Simon Coxall who handed the review nether went anywhere (what a surprise)

CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT GRAHAM BALL, former head of Rayleigh M.I.T., currently Head of the Criminal Justice Department, Essex Police Headquarters. We need to know more about this man, he is TOTALLY CORRUPT.

CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT SIMON COXALL, Borough Commander, based at Grays, South Essex. This man spent 3 years covering up the truth about my son Lee Balkwell’s death, with the aid of Detective Chief Inspector Peter Hood of Professional Standards. He also, again with Peter Hood, covered up the truth about the unlawful killing of Bradley Kendall. What beggar’s belief in the Kendall case is Simon Coxall holds a confession from the person responsible for shooting Bradley Kendall, but has chosen not to charge him?

Simon Coxall told various members of the Balkwell family that he definitely didn’t think my son’s death was an accident, and that it was ‘always members of the Bromley family’ that have been suspected of foul play, So why, then, did he do everything in his power to try to produce an ‘accidental death’ scenario. Why did he spend a day for example - 24 October 2003 - misleading a group of technical experts by giving them wholly false information about what probably happened the night my son died. His role in covering up the truth will surely be exposed at the coming Inquest - indeed, much more about this man’s actions will no doubt come out at this Inquest.

New information now points to David and Scott Bromley being responsible for attacking our poor lee and Simon Bromley and Glen Nicholls being fully involved in the cover up that took place after the attack.

FINALLY…A NOTE OF THANKS TO CAROLINE BEASLEY-MURRAY, ESSEX CORONER

He will have to explain himself - so long as Caroline Beasley-Murray concludes a ‘full and fair Inquest’, as she is required to do by law and so long as she insists on people answering questions and telling the truth. Well, she and her husband are big noises at one of Chelmsford’s leading evangelical churches, and they believe in the truth, so hopefully she will leave no stone unturned to get to the truth.

The fact that she adjourned the Inquest on 4 October despite being put under severe pressure to carry on without leading witness David Bromley being there by Essex Police’s trio of high-ranking barristers, is an encouraging sign that we may get to the truth, despite Essex Police. I would like therefore to put on record my thanks to her for having the courage to adjourn the Inquest and also to cause there to be an enquiry into Essex Police’s role in trying to keep David Bromley away from the Inquest. There is much more to the extradition of David Bromley to Germany than meets the eye. Relocating him to Germany in respect of an alleged criminal offence there 9 years ago gives a convenient excuse for trying to prevent him from attending the Inquest and explaining his actions the night my son died. As my barrister rightly said in opposing the requests made by Essex Police’s team of three barristers to continue with the Inquest without David Bromley being present, “It would be like running Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’ without ‘The Prince’”. I think he must have meant the ‘Prince of Darkness’.

Shakespeare not only wrote Hamlet, but he also wrote these famous words about those who wish to deceive others by lies:

“Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we set out to deceive”.

“When we first set out to deceive” applies to people like Ball, Reynolds, Kennedy, and Coxall. They are now gradually being caught in a web of lies of their own creation, basically because of their corrupt greed for money.
