17:15hrs.           Vehicle leaves Scammell Commercial, driven by deceased to Rainham for delivery of half load.

17:00-19:30hrs. Vehicle arrives back at Baldwins Farm. Visible on CCTV and vehicle tachograph. Gunning out procedure commenced.

01:00hrs.            Incident occurs resulting in the death of Lee Balkwell. Two traces show on vehicle Tachograph.

01:03-01:08hrs. 999 call made to (London) ambulance control by David Bromley, (call commence time - call data completiontime)

01: 10hrs.           Essex ambulance control notified - no unit to send.

01:11 hrs.           LAS ambulance dispatched.
