At the request of Essex Police I was asked to provide additional comments in the above matter There were a large number of injuries present on the deceased consistent with compression under the rotating drum and he was alive at the time that such injuries were caused. There are no injuries in keeping solely with a blunt assault as noted previously. There were no injuries to indicate that he had been stabbed. It would however not be possible to exclude some minor assault and dragging across the yard
