LEE BALKWELL - UNLAWFUL KILLING

A big thank you to John Lester a retired Hertfordshire coroner’s officer an honest man who was brought in to manage the inquiry after a totally bent coroner’s officer named Derrick Bines had to be removed for acting dishonest.

How is it that approximately 26 Essex police officers who was involved in this case visited the scene and three Essex Police investigation concluded this was a tragic accident when the inquest jury has concluded it is unlawful killing perhaps it has something to do with Essex Police not interviewing all significant witnesses’ under caution. This was without a doubt a police cover up and Essex Police were acting unlawfully and secondly protecting police informers David Bromley, Simon Bromley and Glen Nicholls.

We would just like to thank Caroline Beasley-Murray (Coroner) for the way she dealt with a very sensitive situation at the inquest of Lee Balkwell the situation being our main suspect David Bromley was allowed to be extradited to Germany on a international extradition warrant. It should be pointed out that this points to more manipulation by Essex Police as Caroline Beasley-Murray was not made aware of the situation until the 1st October when she could do nothing about it.

11/09/07 - CAROLINE BEASLEY-MURRAY – A CORONER NOT IN A HURRY

It will be Caroline Beasley-Murray who will hold the Inquest into my son’s death which occurred in the early hours of 18 July 2002. The Inquest is to take place on 4 October 2007 - well over 5 years after my son died. By the time it opens, it will have been 1,904 days since my son died. That’s a long wait - longer than almost anyone else has had to wait, I believe, apart from the Inquest into Princess Diana’s death.
