Les and Ray Balkwell have seen a video with Martin Oakley and Jason Wheal and that video shows Simon Bromley's children playing in the back garden. It is possible to see dogs/kennels. There is a quick span across the wasteland outside the bungalow [Les says he saw the back of a lorry although Ray does not recall this]. There are eight cameras and the majority of these are said not to be working. However the view seen by Les and Ray when they viewed the video with the police showed that there were other cameras working.

Simon Bromley appears to place a suitcase from the car on the ground on the right hand side of the car and open the suitcase. It is possible to see white
bags being moved by him (possibly from one suitcase to another). Lee Balkwell approaches and talks to Simon Bromley whilst Simon is
moving items into a bag (appears to be plastic bag full of white powder -
cocaine. May be counting packets or splitting the load. Simon appears to
give something to Lee, perhaps a key and Lee goes up the road. Glen gives
the child to David Bromley and security man leaves).
