11/09/07 - Compare the two images
The two images shown below illustrate yet another chapter in the story of a stream of 1ies and deceits by Essex Police. This latest example is potentially one of the most serious of their lies and distortions - since it directly affects whether the Corner and her jury will reach the right verdict at the Inquest into my son’s death, which is now to be held from 4 to 12 October.
The Coroner appears to be tied to this deception. Records show that the photographs of my son trapped in the concrete mixer were received by those supposedly investigating my son’s death on 24.7.2002. I am given to understand that the Coroner will have seen them soon afterwards.
Yet, as you will see below, Essex Police have produced computerised images of my son in the position he was found, which in a number of key respects omit, distort or even contradict the evidence from the photographs themselves.
One key implication of this is that the Inquest may be led astray by this distortion. For example, what impact might the real photos have on the jury? – and on the various witnesses? Surely it would have a much greater impact than just seeing impersonal computerised images? The true photos will I believe help to nail the lies of those at the farm when my son died, and expose the inadequate investigation by corrupt police officers. It will surely help the 12 good people and true who will decide how and when my son died to see true evidence of how my son was found, not Essex Police distortions.
The first photo below shows exactly how my son was found by the emergency services around 1.20am on the morning of 18 July 2007. The second image is the computerised image produced by one Police Sergeant Kevin McPoland.
I thought I would ask, who are viewing these images, to look at the photo, then the Essex Police image, then count up how many differences you find between the two. If you can spot any, please e-mail lesbalkwell@justiceforleebalkwell.com
Then have a careful look at what you see on the photo. Do you think, from what you see there - in particular the type of wounds shown on his back, and the small dark-coloured wound shown seeping through the layer of cement dust on Lee’s back - whether this looks to you like an accident. Again, if you have a view, please e-mail lesbalkwell@justiceforleebalkwell.com
